Paradigma pengembangan industry

            Konsep pengambangan industry kreatif Indonesia membutuhkan akselerasi yang dinamis. Akselerasi yang didapatkan tidak terlepas dari  konten manajemen pengetahuan dan konsep strategi pengembangan berbasis triple helig. Konsep triple helig mengakomodasi kebutuhan industry berupa akses bagi percepatan bidang usaha, management, akses ketersediaan bahan baku dan permasaran. Pada sisi lain peran perguruan tinggi sebagai innovator yang mampu mengcreat supporting tools dalam industry kreatif seperti mesin, perangkat lunak, peragkat keras maupun metodologi penyelesaian sangat dibutuhkan bagi terciptanya akselerasi industry kreatif di Indonesia. Sementara peran pemerintah akan cenderung lebih dominan pada sisi regulari yang memihak pada pengusaha kecil, UKM maupun industry berbasis kerakyatan serta peranannya dalam diseminasi informasi pada khalayak.
           Implementasi pada UKM berbasis kerajinan tangan berupa souvenir adalah bagaimana mensinergikan kebutuhan bagi percepatan industry seperti halnya yang telah dikembangkan tim IbPE Politeknik Negeri Semarang mendorong tumbuhnya wira usaha baru (tennan) dalam industry souvenir berbahan limbah kertas koran yang sampai telah memenuhi kebutuhan pasar di indonesia serta terciptanya peluang skema dukungan investasi kredit regulasi yang dimotori oleh pemerintah daerah dalam mendukung kinerja UKM yang mana pada akhirnya pengembangan industry ini akan berdampak pada terciptanya lapangan pekerjaan baru, tingkat survive dari industry input PAD yang memberikan dukungan percepatan pembangunan daerah dalam contents kontribusi export non migas.

    
             The concept of floating Indonesia creative industry requires a dynamic acceleration. While the role of the government is likely to be more dominant on the regulari in favor of small entrepreneurs, SMEs and industry-based democracy and their role in the dissemination of information to the audience.          Implementation of the SME-based furniture and wicker is how to synergize the need for speed as well as the industry has developed a team of Semarang State Polytechnic IbPE encourage new entrepreneurship (Tennan) in the waste paper wicker furniture industry, which until now is 100% export needs as well as the creation of credit investment opportunities regulatory support schemes initiated by the local government in supporting the performance of SMEs which in turn will impact the development of this industry in the creation of new jobs, the rate of survival of the industry input PAD provides support accelerated development of the region in the contents contribution of non-oil exports.

Indusrti Kreatif Berbasis Kepedulian

Sebuah ikon ekonomi wisata daerah merupakan konsep strategis yang dikembangkan pemerintah kota/kabupaten di Indonesia. Ikon berbasis indusrti kreatif diciptakan berakar pada budaya lokal masyarakat yang menempati daerah tersebut, demikian juga kota Surakarta yg memiliki budaya tradisional yang kat memiliki banyak brand image di dalamnya seperti keraton, batik, lurik yg menggambarkan keragaman industri kreatif. Pengembangan industri ini hendaknya memperhatikan terciptanya lapangan kerja pada lingkunga di sekitarnya, seperti yg dicontohkan ibu Siti Aminah dengan mengembangkan konten industri kreatif berbasis limbah kertas koran untuk disulap menjadi berbagai kerajinan seperti lampu, tas, dompet, tempat tisu, yang mana indusrti ini di support oleh ibu-ibu PKK di sekitar Kadipiro. Hal yg selanjutnya direspon berupa apresiasi dari Pemkot Solo dengan memberikan bantuan satu ton kertas koran pada UKM BINA USAHA MANDIRI yg diketuai oleh ibu Siti Aminah. Hal ini merupakan bentuk kepedulian pemerintah kota Solo agar munculnya ikon industri kreatif dapat lebih maju dan survive.

Kinerja Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) untuk mendorong keandalan ekonomi Indonesia dalam beberapa tahun terakhir (di sektor mikro). Jumlah dari produk domestik bruto diciptakan oleh kelompok ini pada tahun 2009 mencapai 56,7 persen dari PDB nasional secara total. (Tulus Tambunan, 2009) Nilai dari produk domestik bruto disumbangkan oleh usaha kecil dengan 41,1 persen dan menengah sebesar 15,6 persen. Pertumbuhan PDB UKM sejak tahun 2008 melebihi pertumbuhan nasional jumlah PDB pada jumlah pekerja di sektor UKM tercatat 79 juta pekerja. Dimana 70,3 juta di antaranya bekerja di sektor usaha kecil dan sisanya di sektor usaha menengah. Micro-indikator ekonomi menunjukkan UKM memberikan kontribusi penting mendukung perekonomian Indonesia. Distribusi geografis dari UKM di Indonesia menunjukkan 30 persen secara nasional dalam jumlah UKM di wilayah regional Jawa Tengah. UKM di Jawa Tengah tersebar di berbagai kluster; seperti ukiran kayu, batik, tenun, ukiran batu, logam cor, keramik & tembikar dan tenun. Dari setiap kluster tersebut didukung mayoritas dari industri kecil, yang mana mereka harus bekerja keras untuk menyiasati pasang surut volume permintaan produk mereka. Desain inovatif dan terobosan baru diperlukan untuk melakukan redesain atas produk mereka. Seperti halnya tren perubahan permintaan ekspor dibidang kerajinan unik berbahan limbah, jika sebelumnya tingkat permintaan model mebel berbahan limbah enceng gondok sangat tinggi dan digemari di Eropa dan Australia, namun nampaknya model mebel berbahan baku enceng gondok menyisakan berbagai permasalahan yang belum juga teratasi seperti jamur, pewarnaan dan ketahanan terhadap cuaca. Pemikiran pembaharuan muncul dari Sukoharjo, Ali Maksum salah satu pengusaha Mebel Sukoharjo yang lama berkecimpung dengan bahan2 mebel seperti rotan, pelepah pisang dan enceng gondok mulai melakukan terobosan dan pengujian membuat pilinan tali berbahan limbah kertas semen maupun limbah kertas pabrikan (kraf) yang ditangannya dapat disulap menjadi produk-produk mebel yang cantik yang tak kalah dengan mebel berbahan kayu jati. Varian produk yang dihasilkan saat ini seperti kursi makan, meja, kursi pantai, box susun, almari yang mana kesemuannya di ekspor ke luar negeri (100% ekspor), sementara pasar dalam negeri belum sempat tergarap. Minat akan produk-produk ini adalah pasar Eropa dan Asia Timur, mereka menyukai produk- produk furniture berbahan alam yang berbahan "recycle-reuse". Kendala saat ini adalah kesiapan bahan baku untuk menunjang permintaan pasar ekspor, dimana selama ini bahan baku dikejakan secara manual dan minimal menggunakan alat boor yang mempekerjakan penduduk di Boyolali sebagai bentuk kepedulian sosial Ali Maksum di daerahnya. Bahan baku untuk membuat mebel dari kayu atau rotan sebagai kerangka, kertas bekas dan bahan penolong untuk proses produksi dan finishing. Kayu dan rotan bahan baku yang melimpah mengingat lokasi UKM di rotan furnitur kayu industri /. Bahan yang digunakan kertas dipasok oleh pemasok di solo kota dari limbah pabrik (kraft sisa kertas) dan masyarakat sekitar UKM (kertas semen bekas, kertas koran yang digunakan). Ketersediaan bahan baku tidak bermasalah, karena dapat berlanjut dalam jangka panjang. Bahan tambahan seperti lem, pernis dan cat yang tersedia di pasar dengan harga terjangkau. Saat ini kendala kebutuhan bahan baku telah teratasi dengan adanya tim pengabdian masyarakat Polines dengan skim IBPE Dikti. Tim pengabdian masyarakat Polines telah selesai merancang model mesin pilin 10 line untuk menjawab kebutuhan UKM akan bahan baku tali kertas sepanjang 15 meter dengan diameter pilinan 2,5' dan 5'. Mesin seri pertama ini telah diujicobakan dapat menyelesakan tali 15mx10 dalam 12 detik sehingga memberikan nilai manfaat menujang keberlanjutan industri ini.

ABOUT US

This blog promotes handy craft goods produced by small medium enterprises, is part of the output of the first year phase of IbPE program (2011) from Semarang State Polytechnics.  This program is financed by the Directorat of Higher Education, National Education Ministry, after passing a national level selection.  It showed the high commitment performanced by Semarang State Polytechnic through itslectures in forming a Team of IbPE to realize the public service mission, to whom all other mission, i.e. education and research activities are directed to. Clearly, the public services program, instead of as the third mission, is not but the end objective of the benefit and success of the other two mission, education and research activities.  The success of getting financed for this IbPE is a proof that the development of smallmedium enterprises having a high strategic value, especially the small medium enterprises Usaha Bina Mandiri at Kadipiro, Surakarta City, Province of Central Java.  This small medium enterprises uses wastes of newspapers, as the basic material of the products, but more than just supply domestic markets, is able to supply the products to be exported to Europe, Asia, and Australia.  The key success of the unique handy craft products is based on the paper rope made of paper wastes, as the main material on which the handy craft frames are weaved to produce unique handy craft products.  The products have high added values since the main materials comes from the paper waste.

This blog is designed, is not merely listing the ahndy craft goods, but it shows the production process of the products worked out.  The production process will be presented from preparation of making the paper rope, weaving the rope on to the frame, until finishing the products.

Hopefully, by this catalog the export activity will increase, as the creative industry develop from the country of Indonesia that containing yhe uniqueness and beauty.  It is now seen clearly that the prospective of creative industry is more highlighted including handy craft goods from the waste papers of newspapers wastes.
